Full-time, 40 hours/week
Position Summary:
The Food Production team member works primarily in the kitchen with the preparation and production of food products. Assist in the preparation of foodstuffs for the café and Room Service areas. Cleans and sanitizes work stations and production equipment.
Qualifications:
- High School (GED)
- Serve Safe Certified preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service operation.
- Safe knife handling
- Maintains a professional relationship with all coworkers, vendor representatives, supervisors, managers, customers, and client representatives.
