Summary:
Our growing Family Practice looking for an energetic RN to work as a member of a collegial clinical support team. Duties include phone triage, assisting providers with direct patient care (rooming), Nurse visits (BP checks, injections, immunizations, Medicare wellness visit screening questions, patient teaching, and other associated responsibilities).
This is an excellent position for an RN that enjoys a variety of daily responsibilities. This is a 36-hour-per-week position with one-half day out of the office.
Qualifications:
- Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Current NH Registered Nursing (RN) License required.
- Prior work experience in a healthcare setting required.
- Basic computer experience required.
- EMR experience a plus
