Summary:

Assist provider as necessary; room patients, take vitals, triage patients, call in scripts and other associated responsibilities.
We are looking for an RN with knowledge of LTC/SNF and Palliative Post-Acute experience. Providers work in the field in Nursing Homes, Patient Homes, and in the hospital. Provides clinical support virtually in the office for providers seeing Post-Acute patients.
Qualifications:
- Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Current NH Registered Nursing (RN) License required.
- Prior work experience in a healthcare setting required.
- Basic computer experience required.
- EMR experience a plus
