Summary:
Provides nutritional care to patients through medical record review, clinical assessment, diet education, communication with nursing, physician, and ancillary staff, and determines the appropriateness of nutritional support and supplementation.
Qualifications:

BS in Nutrition or Dietetics, with training in all age groups

Maintains status as Registered Dietitian and is a member of the American Dietetic Association. Licensed in the State of New Hampshire

One to three years of experience in a hospital or healthcare facility is preferred.

Possess excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively.
