Manager, Non-Invasive Cardiology

JOB SUMMARY

Under the direction of the Director of Cardiology, the Non-Invasive Manager assumes responsibility for the daily operations of the Non-Invasive Cardiology Department.  Actively participates with Medical Center committees and Quality initiatives.  Implements Medical Center and Departmental policies.  Ensures appropriate staffing for testing.  Provides educational training to staff as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education:

• Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.

License/Certification:

• Med Tech license required, state of NH. 
• RDCS credential.
• BLS certification.

Experience:

• 5 years of general cardiology experience. Previous experience in a supervisory or management position with increasing responsibility within a Cardiology department.
• Proficient with computers, ability to perform non-invasive testing: Cardiac Echos, Stress Echos, assist with TEEs, Nuclear and Medication studies, IV competency.
