Position Summary:

The Licensed Practical Nurse will be responsible for participating in the provision of professional nursing care to patients under the supervision of Registered Nurses, Providers, and the Practice Manager.


  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing required, OR Currently enrolled in an accredited program leading to licensure as a Registered Nurse and has current New Hampshire license as an LPN required.
  • Licensed Practical Nurse with current NH/NLC state, MA or both required.  
  • Current BLS/CPR training required.
  • One year of professional nursing (LPN) experience is preferred.
  • Previous experience in ambulatory care setting preferred.
  • Knowledge of basic nursing principles and protocols and procedures related to the assigned specialty required. 
  • Working knowledge of EMR systems and common Windows-based software application required.
  • Knowledge of Patient-Centered Medical Home required.
  • Skilled in appropriate use of standard precautions, safe workplace, and confidentiality methods required.
  • Skilled at tactful and diplomatic interpersonal communication and conflict resolution required.
  • Time management skills and ability to prioritize daily workflow required.
  • Caring, sympathetic, responsible, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and assist other offices as requested by manager.
  • Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
