Schedule: Full-time 36-40 hours
Hours: Monday-Friday 6:30am-3:00pm

In collaboration with the Unit Director and as a member of the nursing leadership team, the Clinical Manager is responsible for providing direct quality care to patients and ensuring staff members have appropriate training and qualifications for the patient assignment. The Clinical Manager serves as a role model and transformational leader in promoting adaptation to change and a positive work environment. As the shift leader, the Clinical Manager contributes to the daily work flow, ensures compliance with policies and procedures, assures adequate resources are available and collaborates with the interdisciplinary departments.
- BSN required by 2029 incumbents, within 10 years for new hires.
- Current NH licensure as a registered nurse.
- Minimum of two years progressive clinical experience in acute care and/or specialty area.
- Maintains professional and regulatory knowledge to evaluate effectiveness of care delivery.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, leadership, and mentoring skills
