Position Summary: 

The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the Foundation Medical Partners leadership team. Demonstrates organizational ability in coordinating divisional workflow.  Coordinates administrative support functions for the division and administrator, effectively communicates in a confidential manner with all internal and external customers.

Qualifications:

·       High School diploma or equivalent. 

·       Minimum of two years Administrative Assistant experience.

·       Expertise in Microsoft Office software. 

·       Must be able to function independently and work well with others to accomplish projects.

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·       Associate Degree in related field preferred.  

·       Ability to achieve the following competencies:            

o   Scheduling           

o   Web page management

o   Archiving/Filing

o   Supply management

o   Work flow management
