About the Job:
Assists the department through the transport, delivery and retrieval of completed food trays to patients. Solves patient/customer problems, treats patients/customer with dignity and respect, acknowledges patients/customers and responds quickly to customer needs. Prepares, delivers and picks up patient trays. Uses good customer service skills, and practices proper sanitation practices.
What You’ll Do:
- Is familiar with the menu. Asks for assistance from a cooks or dietitian if unsure how an item is prepared or if the item is allowed on a certain diet.
- Transports, delivers and retrievals completed food trays to patient.
Who You Are:
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred.
- 4 years of experience in customer service and cash handling. 2 years of experience in customer service required.
